Core Members play a vital role in sustaining New Vision Unlimited. These members are typically professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit that enjoy the freedom and challenge of directing their own projects. They offer their skills to enhance New VU’s services and receive a fair wage for their time. They work in a full-time, part-time or occasional capacity. The funds raised through the services provided by core members supports the overall growth of the organization and generates the seed money used to reinvest in the community. These members show an interest in the mission, mandate and workings of the organization as a whole. They share in the responsibilities of mentoring interns, volunteers and other members. They can vote on issues that affect the organization and serve on the Board of Directors if elected.
