Our Approach
Our certified, skilled and creative facilitators have become known for their ability to facilitate positive change using exciting, realistic, and relevant methods. Our highly experiential approach can include group challenges,
dynamic discussions, role plays, guided planning, skill coaching, creative arts, and storytelling. Our engaging ropes course and full complement of portable initiatives provide participants with challenges that are both inspirational and educational. We are also able to integrate other local services to add to the fascinating experience, from equine assisted therapy and dog sledding, to rock wall climbing and kite sailing! We take pleasure in customizing workshops to meet your groups specific goals and needs, while taking aim at the core values and beliefs of your group.

Superman's Cape
This high speed challenge is not for the faint of heart! By learning to use differences to their advantage, participants propel
each other forward into a deeper understanding of conflict and an unforgettable team experience ... all while learning how to fly!
A-Frame Challenge
Your group must move a 10 foot tall, A-shaped wooden structure from one point to another. 
Sound simple? Heres the catch. You can only touch the 12 ropes that are attached to the very top! Communication and team work is the focus of this ever popular initiative!
Spider's Web
Participants must work together to transport their team members through the larger
than life spiders web before the human eating spider awakes. This challenging group adventure uses a high level of problem solving and cooperation to teach important lessons related to trust, stereotyping and assumptions.
Root Cause Analysis
This creative exercise is ideal for communities, groups and organizations interested in developing a deeper understanding of the root
causes of problems and how they can better meet those needs. Participants use a plant analogy to identify symptoms, enabling supports and root causes. This analysis is transformed into a work of art that gives participants a clearer understanding of how they can adapt their services to address the root causes rather than continuing to struggle with the surface issues.
Tire Traverse
You and a partner must cross paths while balancing only on tires hanging from a cable overhead. 
This initiative may sound easy, but for many groups it can begin the process of challenging team dynamics, personal committment, and views of what success should be like. Communication and patience is the key to success in this challenge!
Lego-Lingo
This fast paced, communication focused initiative, will help participants appreciate the various roles people play within a group.
The task is to reconstruct a Lego structure that is in pieces so it exactly matches one that is hidden behind a divide- only seen by one member of the group! Only words can be used to pass the instruction on from one team member to another. This initiative never fails to provide humour and insight!
